Special Events Liability coverage is a commercial general liability designed to provide liability insurance for the organization hosting an individual special event. Examples of special events are concerts, arts and crafts shows, fundraisers, carnivals, golf tournaments, conferences/conventions, festivals, etc.
What's Covered?
For organizations hosting special events, coverage is provided for the organization if it is sued for something the organization did or failed to do that caused injury or property damage to someone else. Liability insurance covers damages and settlements stemming from a lawsuit, up to the policy limits.
